Conchita Franco Serri, Ed.M., J.D., is a consultant, Ombuds, mediator, and practitioner in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and online dispute resolution (ODR).

Conchita earned her B.A. from the University of Puerto Rico, followed by a master’s degree in education from Harvard University and a J.D. from Boston College Law School. She served as the inaugural Ombuds at Pomona College and currently provides external Ombuds services to various clients.

Her publications include a peer-reviewed article in Business Communication Quarterly (Sage

Publications) titled “Self-Compassion and the Dynamics of Investigating Sexual Harassment” (originally published as “Emotions at Work”), contributions to commercial law digests, and editorial work for legal journals.

She is the creator of PingingTea℠, an innovative conflict mediation performance art installation that combines participatory theater, self-mediation, and relational aesthetics to foster resolution in interpersonal conflicts.

Conchita is also an accomplished playwright, having authored #MeToo, The Advent of the Era of Woman, a choral play script inspired by Dr. Christine Blasey Ford’s testimony during the Senate hearings.
